Hard to decide between Mesmer (which I voted for), Necro or Ranger. I dearly love being a pain in the a$$ and although the other two can come close, NOBODY is better at it than a Mesmer.

Bit of a toughie but for me its the Necro, there's a great feeling when you take down a pair of wammos in AB with SS and IP conbinations and you walk away pretty much full health. Also being able to raise a small army is great fun

I find it quite strange that Warrior id the most favourite and the least favourite professions. LOL

Easily the mesmer. Allow me the luxury of reposting my impression of the classes (and how they kill)...

Warriors: Through brute force and strength of muscle you are beaten into a pulp.
Elementalists: The very forces of nature are brought down upon you.
Rangers: Rain death from afar.
Necromancers: Tap the dark forces and eat you from within.
Monks: Summon the power of the gods to smite you down.
Assassins: As fast as they arrive, they are gone. So are you.
Dervishes: Whirling scythes and arcane might quickly dispatch foe upon foe.
Ritualists: Summon the powers of the other side to do their bidding.
Paragons: Spears at range tear you apart.
Mesmers: Sip their latte while you kill yourself for them.

Warrior...
I love to see people try to run from me after I've bashed their face in pretty good.

Mesmers, of course.
The most galant class ever.

Its the class that defines Guild Wars it should be because it requires skill.

My favourite is the Mesmer. I love the way they dress, the flair they display in combat (if you're gonna rip someone apart, you may as well do it in style), and the sneaky and downright evil way they spread pure chaos

Dervish because of their immense flexibility in builds.

Hmm, it's between Mesmer, Ritualist, and Elementalist. Mesmer edges out a victory, though. I guess it's gotta be the skimpy costumes...

And BTW, Assassin is spelled wrong in the poll. (It's missing an "s")

Monk.
Bottom line, the most important class in a group.
The only class where a great one can truly carry an otherwise poor team.

After that, warrior. There's just something therapeutic about smacking things in the face with an axe.

I gotta say elementalist. For fire magic you can kill multiple foes at once in PvE easy. With water magic you can snare for fire magic and use certain anti-warrior skills. For air magic you can just plain pwn in PvP. For earth magic combined with certain other skills, you can tank up to and over the standards of tanks even with 60 armor and still to craploads of damage. There is no equal.

Elementalist

I love Warriors who still think that Mending beats Meteor Shower

Take a wild guess on my vote, lol. I do however enjoy playing every profession to an extent and have tried to make a strong PvE character for each. I do favor some classes over others for the most part, but I do go through phases where I just feel like playing one class over another (usually based on deciding on a new skill set, weapon set, or armor set to attain/try out), so I do cycle through temporary favorites.

Had to go with my mesmer. It's a joy doing anything with her - from missions to walking the walls to shopping.

(Although my warrior does have the most hours - about half of my 2k+. She's very good stress relief.)
